Appointments may be booked online, by phone, through approved booking tools, or in person. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. The Well Salon may refuse, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary. Any cancellation, deposit, or no-show policies will be communicated at the time of booking or through the booking platform.

Program name: The Well Salon SMS Messaging Program

Program description: An appointment scheduling and customer service text messaging program for clients and prospective clients of The Well Salon. The program is operated by The Well Salon and delivered through our SMS service provider, Vendasta.

 

Message types include:

•     Appointment confirmations and reminders

•     Scheduling updates, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notices

•     Follow-ups, replies to inquiries, and customer support messages

•     Promotional messages, only if you separately opt in:special offers, salon updates, and service announcements
